Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP of Engineering to lead and scale
their engineering team while driving innovation across product
squads.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and scale a 20+ person engineering team across multiple
squads
Oversee architecture, technical decision-making, and operational
efficiency
Co-lead the EPD team to align engineering and product roadmaps
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a VP of Engineering, Director of Engineering,
or similar role in a SaaS company
Strong technical background in .NET, Microsoft technologies, and
Azure
Experience in CRM, data systems, or top-of-funnel tech is a
plus
Ability to mentor engineering leaders and individual
contributors
Familiarity with modern engineering best practices, including CI/CD
and DevOps
