• Salary Range: $140,000-$180,000
• Level: SeniorRole OverviewAs a Senior Engineering Project Manager, you will manage projects from proposal development through construction completion. This role encompasses planning, budgeting, scheduling, design quality, and client communication. You'll lead multidisciplinary teams, ensure alignment with project goals, and oversee all phases of the project lifecycle. Key responsibilities include risk management, resource optimization, and maintaining high-quality deliverables while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.Key Responsibilities
  • Manage planning, design, and execution of large MEP engineering projects, including scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Oversee project phases, from conceptual design through construction and close-out.
  • Develop solutions for design issues, compliance challenges, and disputes.
  • Prepare and review detailed drawings, reports, and specifications for projects valued at $0.5M to $5M.
  • Lead project meetings, ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary client liaison, addressing concerns and providing updates.
  • Mentor and guide engineers and team members.
  • Prepare proposals and construction estimates for high-profile projects.
  • Collaborate with accounting teams to manage invoicing and project finances.Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
    • 5-10+ years of project management experience in building and infrastructure design.
    • Preferred experience with healthcare and laboratory projects, including HCAi/OSHPD compliance.
    • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams across engineering disciplines.
    • Licensure: California Professional Engineering License (preferred), PMP and DBIA certifications (preferred).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Bluebeam, and familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit.Skills
