Job Description:
A company is looking for an Escalation Engineer to support
customer issues and enhance product reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer escalations and
support cases
Provide regular status updates to customers and internal
stakeholders
Advocate for customers and coordinate with multiple teams to ensure
satisfaction
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a technical post-sales support role
Strong understanding of network security, incident response, and
threat hunting
Experience with UNIX/Linux, Windows systems, and cloud platforms
(AWS, Azure, GCP)
Strong networking experience
BS/BA or equivalent in a relevant field (CS, EE, MIS)
