Job Description:
A company is looking for a Diagnostic Engineer responsible for
identifying and resolving complex telephony and technology
issues.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborates with customers, vendors, and contractors to provide
technical solutions
Ensures satisfactory resolution by following up with customer
contacts
Tracks progress and documents communication within the incident
management system
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in telecommunication or equivalent experience
5 years' experience supporting telecommunications hardware and
software
Experience with Avaya CM 6.0 and higher adjuncts
Strong computer skills and knowledge of business applications
Industry certifications on telephony and associated technology
solutions preferred
