Job Description:
A company is looking for an Atlassian Solutions Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as an internal subject matter expert on implementation,
management, and support of Atlassian Suite products
Provide recommendations on best practices and standardization for
the Atlassian Suite
Create and maintain technical and customer-facing documentation on
Hub and Spoke configurations
Required Qualifications
Experience with Atlassian Cloud products, particularly Jira
Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence
Strong engineering and development skills related to cloud
services
Experience in providing 2nd and 3rd level support for software
products
Knowledge of Business Continuity Plans and Disaster Recovery
Plans
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage
after-hours support as needed
