services.Position OverviewThe Crash Sensor Integration/Performance
Engineer will be responsible for the complete design, process, and
execution of creating a crash calibration for each vehicle on the
EV platform. You will influence the vehicle crash plan and work in
lockstep with occupant, EV safety, Vulnerable Road User (VRU), and
structure teams to meet the safety attributes of the platform.Using
first principles engineering & CAE analysis, you will lead the
packaging of all crash sensors and improve Ford's crash performance
strategy to create a world class safety product. You will
conceptualize, design, engineer, develop and support the launch of
next-generation vehicle platforms for electric vehicles.
