The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine building Maintenance tasks.The Maintenance Technician is a reliable, punctual, self-motivated problem solver. Manual dexterity, physical stamina and the willingness to work a flexible schedule are essential. The Maintenance Technician is thorough and professional with a practical mind.Requirements:

• No college education required.
• Minimum of 6 months' experience in maintenance and/or vehicle maintenance related experience or similar role.
• Ability to understand, read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos in English.
• To perform this job successfully, must be able to access the Payroll/HR on line system for payroll related activities, and Microsoft Outlook, in order to access emails related to the position.
• Must also be proficient with the internal ticketing system.
• Valid California driver's license; current automobile insurance; have and maintain a clean driving record acceptable to the organization's insurance company; have immediate access to his or her vehicle during work hours. Position Location: North Hills, CA (Will require travel to other office locations: North Hollywood, Commerce, and Lancaster).Position Status: Intermittent (on-call, as needed). Salary Range: $20.65 - $25.17 per hourSIGN ON BONUS: $3,000 (Issued in two installments: $1,500 upon date of hire and $1,500 upon successfully completing the six month introductory period).Penny Lane Centers offers competitive salaries and benefits.
