Job Description:
A company is looking for an Application Support Engineer to
ensure optimal performance of production systems.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure maximum uptime for multiple production systems and provide
L1/L2 application support
Monitor critical system alerts, perform initial diagnosis, and
manage incident responses
Document knowledge articles and coordinate between product and
development teams for effective service delivery
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in application support, preferably in a
fintech environment
Strong sense of self-discipline, responsibility, and integrity
Interest in crypto technology and financial environments
Ability to work independently and manage team tasks with minimal
supervision
