A company is looking for a Director of Commerce Performance and
Scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a performance and scale strategy aligned with
business objectives
Lead and inspire a team of engineers, fostering a culture of
excellence and innovation
Establish processes for performance modeling, monitoring, testing,
and capacity planning
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience leading software engineering teams on
fast-paced projects
5+ years of hands-on software development experience with expertise
in commerce and high-scale systems
2+ years of people management experience with a track record of
driving performance improvements
Strong background in software architecture and design
principles
Expertise in performance modeling, testing, and optimization
techniques
