Job Description:

TriStaff is partnering with an industry leader in the medical instrumentation space located in Thousand Oaks, CA to find a seasoned Manufacturing Engineer. This person should have a strong machining background (some programming experience preferred) within a medical device environment. This is an opportunity for the right person to help take this company to the next level. This person will be exposed to a variety of markets within the medical device industry; Cardiovascular, Neuromodulation, Spine, Cranio-Maxillofacial, Orthopedic, Cardiac Rhythm Management, and Trauma.

Job Duties:
• Coordinate and monitor all aspects of manufacturing engineering in support of the manufacturing of custom surgical instruments.
• Work closely with operations to create manufacturing work instructions and routings
• Ensure manufacturing instructions are aligned with engineering and customer requirements
• Perform manufacturing engineering assignments related to both newly developed and legacy surgical instruments
