  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work toward long-term goals
  • Experience in establishing and sustaining positive relationships with an extended team
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work collaboratively across business groupsMinimum Qualifications
    • Including but not limited to an upcoming graduate of a technical degree or certification program from a Technical Boot Camp, Apprenticeship, Community College or 4-Year University.
    • Recently completed or actively enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related program or other academic certification.
    • Basic understanding of hardware engineering principles and experience with hardware design tools and software (e.g., CAD tools, simulation software, etc.). Familiarity with hardware testing and debugging techniques.
    • Solid understanding of engineering fundamentals and technical problem-solving skills.
