A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Education Production
and Development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the entire production lifecycle of learning
content, ensuring timely delivery and quality
Oversee and mentor a media production team, fostering a
collaborative and innovative culture
Design and implement a scalable content development strategy while
collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications and Education
10+ years of experience in media production and learning
development, with 3-5 years in a leadership role
Proficiency in instructional design principles and familiarity with
course development methodologies
Strong familiarity with production tools and software, including
Adobe Creative Suite and e-learning authoring tools
Experience managing content in Learning Management Systems
(LMS)
Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, educational
technology, or a related field
