Job Description:
A company is looking for a Shopify Segment Marketing Lead
focused on retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns to improve
merchant engagement and reduce churn
Identify strategies to encourage merchants to adopt additional Bold
apps
Track and analyze data on customer engagement, retention rates, and
upsell conversions
Required Qualifications
Experience in Shopify, SaaS, ecommerce, and/or lifecycle marketing
with a focus on retention and customer growth
Expertise in email marketing, marketing automation, and customer
segmentation
Hands-on experience with HubSpot and customer engagement tools
Strong understanding of Shopify merchants and their business
needs
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze trends and optimize
strategies
