Job Description:
A company is looking for a Budgets, Analysis, & Reporting
Associate to support financial resource management through
analysis, reconciliation, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare invoices and maintain internal tracking for accurate and
timely invoicing
Monitor budgetary performance and investigate discrepancies in
grant spending
Conduct financial analysis and prepare comprehensive financial
reports for stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Relevant bachelor's degree
2-3 years of experience in budget analysis or financial planning in
the nonprofit or public sector
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial
data
Advanced Excel and proficiency in budgeting software and ERP
systems
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing
priorities
