Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Sourcer, Creative, Marketing &
Design on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
Build a pipeline of top talent through multiple sourcing
channels
Develop and execute sourcing strategies in collaboration with
hiring teams and recruiters
Engage and qualify candidates, assisting them through the
recruitment process
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Marketing or Design sourcing
Experience in creative sourcing through various channels
Proven track record of hiring exceptional candidates in high growth
environments
Hands-on experience with Greenhouse (ATS) and/or GEM is a plus
Ability to maintain strong relationships with recruiters and hiring
managers
