Technical Writer.
Key Responsibilities
Develop knowledge of products and services to create
easy-to-understand content
Create, update, and archive documentation and process flows
according to standards
Collaborate with team members and subject matter experts to ensure
content accuracy
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing,
Education, or related field, or equivalent experience
2 years of experience in technical or process-specific
documentation
Experience with web-based workflow management systems and Microsoft
Office
Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa
sponsorship
