Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Local Performance Marketing
Specialist to drive local marketing programs and support franchise
owners in achieving sales and customer growth.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor, track, and coach franchise owners on local integrated
marketing plans and performance metrics
Present marketing plans during onboarding and provide
recommendations for achieving break-even targets
Develop reporting on franchise participation in key programs to
drive leads and revenue
Required Qualifications
5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a franchise service
or retail industry
5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong
analytical focus
Proven ability to deliver results in a high-growth environment
Four-year college degree in Marketing or a related field
Hybrid or fully remote work schedule available
