Key Responsibilities
Own strategy, execution, and optimization of customer retention
through email and SMS
Manage and optimize the customer lifecycle roadmap and
documentation
Collaborate with paid media teams and creative division to enhance
the customer journey
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in customer lifecycle marketing for D2C
eCommerce brands
Proven track record of developing and executing marketing
strategies
Knowledge of retention marketing trends and Email/CRM
technologies
Experience with testing methodology and driving results through
analytics
Experience partnering with creative teams to develop marketing
assets
