Vector Marketing is running virtual interviews for sales rep positions, start work within the week! Basic responsibilities include working with customers, selling our American made Cutco products, and placing any orders. There is great starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't based on sales or results, but commissions are based on performance.\nWe work with Cutco products that are used in the home focusing on the kitchen and some gardening tools as well. Previous experience & knowledge about home goods isn't needed. We provide all of the tools and training needed for success. Interview and work from home.\nPosition Details:\n

• Excellent pay – The starting base pay is $26.00 base-appt and it's not based on sales or results. Our reps are paid weekly. We have a commission structure set up based on performance. There is an opportunity to make more, but there is still a fall back for the sales rep to make an income even if they have an off week.\n
• Solid training – We've been training people to do well for over 40 years. Even if someone doesn't decide to stay with us long term, the sales, networking, & communication skills they build are needed for any field. Reps start with people they are comfortable with and expand their network from there.\n
• Flexible scheduling – We help our reps create a schedule that works best for them. Some work as much as possible, some work part time, and others choose to work a super flexible schedule around other commitments such as other jobs or family obligations.\n
• Choice of location – Sales reps work from home and locally after training. Most meetings and training are held in the office.\n\nBasic Requirements:\n
