Job Description:
A company is looking for an Administrative Coordinator
responsible for providing complex administrative support within
Clinical Development.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel
arrangements
Assist with preparation of presentations and manage departmental
communications
Organize meetings and special projects, including logistics and
documentation
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree and 2 years of administrative experience, or
equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in an administrative support role
preferred
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and SAP
Experience providing administrative support to remote staff
Highly organized with a solution-oriented approach
