Job Description:
A company is looking for a Controller to oversee the operations
of an assigned portfolio and ensure compliance with accounting
policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of accounting managers and oversee financial
activities for approximately 300+ properties
Build and maintain relationships with Market Leaders and key
clients while providing high-level accounting expertise
Monitor and review accounting processes to recommend improvements
for efficiency and internal controls
Required Qualifications
6+ years of progressive accounting experience in the commercial
real estate industry
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
Proficiency in MRI software
Experience in Lease Administration and understanding complex lease
documents
Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams
