Job Description:
A company is looking for a Billing & Posting Provider.
Key Responsibilities
Prepares and submits claims to third-party insurance carriers and
follows up on unpaid claims
Processes claim rejections and ensures all claims are submitted
daily with a goal of zero errors
Maintains quality customer service and protects customer
information by following company policies
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
3 years of recent billing experience in Critical Access or Acute
Care facilities or physician billing
Medicare Billing Experience required
Experience in CPT and ICD-10 coding
Familiarity with medical terminology and ability to communicate
with insurance payers
Experience in filing claim appeals with insurance companies
