This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with key leadership and make significant contributions to our financial operations.Position Summary:The Senior Accountant will play a critical role in managing and overseeing key accounting functions. Reporting directly to our leadership team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of three, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial processes, and driving operational improvements. The ideal candidate is a CPA with 4-5 years of experience, preferably straight out of public accounting, and eager to bring their expertise to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.Responsibilities:

• Oversee general accounting functions, including account reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end close processes.
• Manage and mentor a team of three direct reports, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
• Drive process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy across the organization.
• Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, accounting policies, and internal controls.Requirements:
  • Active CPA license.
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience, with a strong preference for candidates straight out of public accounting.
  • Solid expertise in GAAP and financial reporting principles.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and influence cross-departmental initiatives.
  • Proficiency with accounting software systems and advanced Excel skills.
  • Proven ability to adapt in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.What We Offer:
