• Prepares corporate income tax and other returns, financial records and reports for assigned companies; analyzes and interprets accounting records.Essential Job Functions
  • Prepares federal and state corporate income tax returns using tax software.
  • Prepares supporting workpapers to reconcile, calculate and document book to tax differences.
  • Prepares, processes, and validates recurring and miscellaneous accounting entries (journal/payments).
  • Prepares reports and statements for various state and regulatory filings for assigned companies.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Word.
  • Promotes safety at all times and complies with safety/ergonomic standards as outlined in relevant company published manuals.Education Requirements
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Bachelor's degree preferred in Accounting, Finance or related field.Experience Requirements

        • Required job duties are essentially sedentary in nature, consisting of occasion walking, standing, lifting and/or carrying ten pounds maximum, seeing, speaking, and hearing.Physical Environment
