National Recruiting Firm is looking for a Recruiter/ Business Development Manager .Staffing Solutions expert with proven sales success in the Staffing industry. This is a full time direct hire position with a full benefit package, and an aggressive commission program.

This career opportunity will work directly with new and prospective clients and candidates in a successful team environment.

? Work with internal and external resources to develop and sell new staffing opportunities

? Quoting of new opportunities

? Traveling to meet face to face with clients/prospects

? Create Staffing Solutions to meet each clients? individual needs

? Develop loyal and long-lasting client relationships through personal attention and follow-up

? Understand current staffing trends

? Bachelor?s degree preferred

? Excellent oral and written communications skills, ability to conduct group presentations, reasoning ability and/or mathematical skills
