Job Description:
A company is looking for a Billing Leader responsible for
overseeing the billing process and leading a team of billing
professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the client billing process, ensuring compliance and
accuracy
Continuously evaluate and improve billing processes for efficiency
and client satisfaction
Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance billing team,
fostering a collaborative environment
Required Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA, MBA, or
advanced degrees preferred
15+ years of experience in Finance Operations or related fields
Professional services industry experience is required
Strong knowledge of billing systems and strategies
10+ years of experience managing staff, with experience in offshore
centers preferred
