Job Description:
A company is looking for a Collections Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Collect on delinquent accounts, primarily focusing on past due
workers' compensation insurance accounts
Manage accounts outsourced to collection agencies or attorneys and
handle documentation requests
Provide superior customer service and explain audit results to
insureds and agents
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree or equivalent
experience preferred
Proficient computer skills are essential
Experience in collections or related field is preferred
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Knowledge of insurance policies and audits is a plus
