Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accounting Associate who is a
motivated multitasker with strong bookkeeping skills.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor daily communications and respond to queries
Process purchase invoices and perform daily bank reconciliations
using Xero software
Assist with month-end tasks, including VAT returns and audit
preparations
Required Qualifications
3+ years of bookkeeping knowledge and experience
Experience with EU and Maltese specific VAT and accounting
procedures
Proficiency in accounting software, preferably Xero
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Strong accuracy and organizational skills
