Staff Accountant

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant to support finance and operations teams with various financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable and receivable using QuickBooks Online
Support payroll management and assist with banking transactions and reconciliations
Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

Experience with QuickBooks Online
Familiarity with payroll systems, preferably Justworks PEO
Ability to liaise with State and Federal departments
Experience in financial forecasting and reporting
Relevant education or training in Finance or Operations
