How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Position: Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
Location: Long Beach, CA
Target Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 (DOE)
This role serves as a business partner and concentrates on
identifying, understanding and communicating key cost drivers to
the P&L, performing variance analyses, coordinating with the
business finance leaders regarding revenue metrics for current and
future performance or future revenue streams. This position will
also coordinate with other organizational departments and headcount
allocation matters, designs and maintains tools for the analysis of
the cost structure, amongst other ad hoc responsibilities. This
position must establish and maintain strong relationships with
operations staff and internal client groups, operations and finance
staff with strong communication and customer service skills.
Extensive communication, data-collection and management with many
internal clients.
