Job Description:
A company is looking for a Controller to lead its accounting
function and support rapid growth in a B2B SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead accounting operations including AR/AP, payroll, revenue,
compliance, treasury, and tax
Deliver accurate, GAAP-compliant financial statements on a monthly,
quarterly, and annual basis
Collaborate cross-functionally on key initiatives to drive growth
and optimize financial processes
Required Qualifications
10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including
leadership roles in high growth B2B SaaS companies
CPA and/or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related
field
Expertise in GAAP, ASC 606, and SaaS revenue recognition
Experience building internal controls and leading external audit
processes
Proven ability to scale and improve processes during periods of
rapid growth
