Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Tax Preparation:
--- Handle corporate, partnership, LLC, trust, and individual tax returns, whether simple or complex. You're the go-to person for getting it right the first time and on time.

Client and Team Communication:
--- Work directly with clients and account managers to collect tax information. We believe in clear, honest communication that keeps things moving smoothly without the drama.

Tax Notices & Payments:
--- Assist with tax notices, payments, and state filings. You'll be the one to help clients navigate what needs to be done and when.

Year-End Reviews & Projections:
--- Prepare accurate year-end projections to help clients stay ahead of their tax liabilities. You're not just crunching numbers-you're giving clients the insights they need to plan ahead.

Accuracy & Compliance:
--- Review financial statements to make sure everything adds up and meets the right tax requirements. You thrive in getting the details right the first time so that nothing slips through the cracks.

Qualifications:
Experience:
--- 3-5 years of tax preparation experience.

Software Skills:
--- Experience with Lacerte is a must; QuickBooks or QuickBooks Online is a plus.

Communication Skills:
--- You're comfortable talking with clients and team members to get the information you need and explain what's needed and why.

Detail-Oriented:
--- You take pride in your work and love making sure things are done right the first time. Busy season doesn't faze you-you know how to prioritize and get it done.
