Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice and counsel on commercial and contractual
matters
Ensure privacy compliance and develop privacy policies
Lead customer contract negotiation and review
Required Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school in the United
States
Admission to the state bar where the candidate resides
3 years of legal experience, with at least 1 year in-house
Experience negotiating contracts in the technology sector
Familiarity with trademark law
